A Prayer for the Forgiveness of Sins

Heavenly Father,

I can speak with King David: “Lord, enter not into judgment with Your servant, for before You, none living may stand.” I recognize my iniquity, my manifold and burdensome sins, and I ask that You would be gracious to me, a sinner. Look upon me with the eyes of Your mercy and forgive all my sins, through the gushing, rose-colored blood of Jesus Christ, my High Priest and Intercessor. Amen.
